These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of TagChat.io, including the marketing site at tagchat.io and the application at app.tagchat.io (together, the "Service"), provided by Fyrish Limited ("Fyrish", "we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
TagChat.io lets businesses generate QR codes for physical items. When a customer scans a tag, WhatsApp opens and an AI assistant answers questions about that item using the description the business provided. We may add, change, or remove features from time to time.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your login details secure. You are responsible for all activity that happens under your account. Tell us straight away at hello@tagchat.io if you suspect unauthorised access.
Each plan includes a set number of tags and a monthly conversation allowance. All plans include the same features — there is no feature comparison between tiers, only usage limits.
Card details are required to start your trial. You will not be charged until day 15. Cancel at any time before then and pay nothing. Enterprise plans are agreed individually and are billed under separate terms.
If you don't cancel before the trial ends, your card will be charged automatically for the plan you selected, and billing will continue monthly until you cancel.
Conversation limits. Each plan includes a monthly conversation allowance. A conversation is counted once per unique customer per tag scan — follow-up messages within the same conversation do not count toward your limit.

Allowances reset on the first day of each calendar month.
Fair use policy. Our plans are designed for typical business use. Fyrish Limited reserves the right to contact customers whose usage significantly and consistently exceeds normal patterns for their plan tier. In such cases we will work with the customer to find an appropriate plan or custom arrangement.
Service limits. When a monthly conversation allowance is reached, new customer conversations will receive a friendly message explaining the limit has been reached for the month. Existing conversations already in progress are not affected.
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard or by emailing hello@tagchat.io. Cancelling stops future billing; we don't provide refunds for partial billing periods except where required by law.
You agree not to use the Service to store or distribute unlawful, abusive, or infringing content, to impersonate others, or to attempt to circumvent conversation or tag limits through automated or fraudulent means. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach this section.
Fyrish owns the TagChat.io platform, branding, and software. You retain ownership of the tag descriptions and content you upload, and you grant us a licence to use it solely to operate the Service on your behalf.
TagChat.io relies on WhatsApp, provided by Meta, to deliver conversations to your customers. We aren't responsible for outages, policy changes, or restrictions imposed by WhatsApp or Meta that affect the Service.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fyrish's total liability arising out of or related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you breach these Terms or if we discontinue the Service, with notice where reasonably possible.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll post the revised Terms on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
